"The wait staff at the Crowne Plaza was excellent. There was one specific lady that was so warm and welcoming. Whenever I needed anything (I was late to the meals sometimes), she would see me and quickly bring me a meal. Our conference attendees were treated very kindly and with a lot of respect from the Hotel Staff. There was a gentleman who looked after us on Saturday morning and he was very good. I asked for coffee and he went way beyond the call and got a coffee station setup for all the adults, excellent service"

Finially home in Denmark, I would like to send a great "Thank You" for a fine stay in your hotel from the 15th to 18th of November, while attending the fair on the other side of the street.
Your hotel had nice rooms of a fine size, good facilities, good bed, good restaurant and a cozy bar.
What really impressed me was your staff. I felt like a welcome guest from arriving to leaving. Welcomed by smiling and kind people in the reception, always a "Hi" or "Hello" and a smile from the cleaning staff, and a fresh "good morning" + very fine service by the staff in the breakfast restaurant.
Always a quick and kind answer from the helpful staff in the front hall and in the reception. Especially thanks to Charlette from the reception who saved me some troubles with our bookkeepers by chasing me up in the freezing wind outside when I had forgotten my receipt when checking out on the 18th.
With 60 - 80 hotel nights per year (more than 25 years) mostly in Europe, I have little to compare with, but knowing the hotels where my last 4 hotel nights this year will be, I can already now tell that my best hotel stay in 2008 was in your place.
